How the Quote Process Works

We do not send automated estimates. Every quote begins with a conversation about your facility — space types, square footage, service frequency, and any specific areas of concern your board has identified.

From that conversation, we produce a written scope-of-work document that lists exactly what will be cleaned, how often, and at what price. Your facilities contact or trustee board can review it before any work begins. Nothing starts until you have signed off.

Quote response time is the next business day for requests received before 5pm. Requests submitted after 5pm Friday are answered the following Monday morning.

What to Have Ready

• Approximate square footage of spaces to be cleaned
• List of spaces — sanctuary, fellowship hall, kitchen, nursery, classrooms, offices
• Preferred cleaning frequency
• Any scheduling constraints — service times, event calendar conflicts
• Whether a certificate of insurance is required before your board approves
